1. Booking Policy
Our reservation system is 100% online, through our website you can check the availability of our missions at the different schedules we offer. There are two options available when booking one or more of our missions:
- Payment of the total price through online card: it is necessary to know the exact number of players who will finally attend to the game.
- Prepayment of € 12 with online card (per room): the rest of the amount will be paid in cash at our facilities, the day of the game, depending on the final number of players.
The top number of players per room is 5 people, with no exceptions.
In the facilities, we don’t count with a card payment service. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, we recommend to pay the total amount of your booking through our online platform.
2. Cancellation Policy and Booking Changes
In EXIT® Madrid, we accept bookings changes and/or cancellations with no additional cost, as long as they are requested at least 48 hours in advance at the time of the booking. No bookings changes or cancellations notified or requested outside the period of 48 hours are accepted, no exceptions.
For online bookings, we apply a 100% refund policy of the amount paid per reservation, if the cancellation is notified via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a minimum of 48 hours before the booking time in question.
If the return is applicable, it will be made on the card used for the reservation payment, within a maximum period of one week.
3. Gift Voucher Policy
EXIT® Gift Vouchers are valid for 120 days (4 months), meaning that the exchange of the Gift Voucher must be made within its validity period. Gift Voucher exchanges will not be accepted after the deadline. EXIT® Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged in cash. Once you have exchanged the Gift Voucher, no variations will be accepted.
